The worst part about online shopping? Not knowing if something will fit!

But no worries. We adore our customers and want you to have a positive experience with us! We've worked hard to ensure a smooth return process for you.

We offer FREE returns on store credit! If you opt for a refund to your original payment method, we require return postage cost (flat rate $10) and a small $2.99 restocking fee per item to be deducted from your refund.

Refunds/Store Credit
To return your items, please follow these steps:

You have up to 7 calendar days from the day you receive your package to return your purchase for a refund or store credit.

1.) Ensure your items are in the same condition that you received them in. (Items are thoroughly inspected before the refund process is started.) Items must be in original packaging with tags attached.

2.) Head to our returns portal by clicking here. Note: Some return reasons, like damaged dresses, will require a photo submission.

3.) Once we've received your return request, we will email you with a return label and return authorization number.

4.) Write your return authorization number on your packing slip and place back inside your package, print out your return label and affix it to the front of your package, then drop your package off at the post office.

Please allow up to 5 days after our warehouse has received your item to process your return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not.

If you opted for a refund, you will be refunded onto your original payment method within 2-5 business days.

If you opted for store credit, you will receive an emailed gift card for the amount.
