Refund policy

The worst part about online shopping? Not knowing if something will fit!

But no worries. We adore our customers and want you to have a positive experience with us! We've worked hard to ensure a smooth return process for you.

We offer FREE returns on store credit! If opting for a refund back to your original payment method, you will be responsible for the cost of the return label , (flat rate $10) as well as a small restocking fee of $2.99 per item.

Refunds/Store Credit
To return your items, please follow these steps:

You have up to 30 calendar days from the day you receive your package to return your purchase for a refund or store credit.

1.) Ensure your items are in the same condition that you received them in. (Items are thoroughly inspected before the refund process is started.) Items must be in original packaging with tags attached. If items do not meet this criteria, the return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined.

2.) Head to our returns portal by clicking here. Note: Some return reasons, like damaged dresses, will require a photo submission.

3.) Once we've received your return request, we will email you with a return label. You may be required to ship your return back with a Return Authorization Number as well.

4.)Print out your return label and affix it to the front of your package, then drop your package off at the post office. If required, ensure you write your return authorization number on your packing slip and place inside your package before shipping.

Please allow up to 5 days to receive your refund after our warehouse has received your item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through the returns portal will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, within 2-5 business days. If you opted for store credit, you will receive an emailed gift card for the amount.

Items that do not meet the above return criteria (tags attached, unworn, or not in original packaging) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and will not be eligible for the store credit bonus.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations:
An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.

An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. Our warehouse works as quickly as possible to get you your items, so the grace period is brief.

Taxes:
Residents of Alabama will be charged sales tax on purchases.
