We are offering extended holiday returns on all items purchased after November 1st! All orders are eligible to be returned until February 1st. We hope this helps reduce hesitation around purchasing gifts for loved ones.

The worst part about online shopping? Not knowing if something will fit!

But no worries. We adore our customers and want you to have a positive experience with us! We've worked hard to ensure a smooth return process for you.

We offer FREE returns on refunds, store credit and exchanges if you opt for "Checkout+" at checkout! If you do not choose "Checkout+" at checkout, return shipping costs and a small $2.99 per item restock fee deducted from your refund.

“Checkout+” costs will not be refunded.

Please note that all Swimwear, New Life/Clearance items, and Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Refunds/Store Credit/Exchanges
To return your items, please follow these steps:

You have up to 30 calendar days from the day you receive your package to return your purchase for a refund, store credit or exchange.

1.) Ensure your items are in the same condition that you received them in. Items are thoroughly inspected before the refund process is started. Items must be unworn and in original packaging with tags attached. If this criteria is not met, the return will subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined.

2.) Head to our returns portal by clicking here. Note: Some return reasons, like damaged dresses, will require a photo submission.

3.) Once we've received your return request, we will email you with a return label.

4.) You may be required to include a return authorization number with your return, which we will email to you. Write your return authorization number on your packing slip and place back inside your package, print out your return label and affix it to the front of your package, then drop your package off at the post office.

Please allow up to 5 days after our warehouse has received your item to process your return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not.


Refunds
If you opted for a refund, you will be refunded to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs) within 2-5 business days once we receive and inspect your return. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds require a small $2.99 per item restock fee.

Store Credit
If you opted for store credit, you will receive an emailed gift card for the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs) once we receive and inspect your return.

Exchanges
Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect your return. Please allow 5-10 business days for your new item to arrive. You are responsible for new exchange shipping costs.
